Lessons and experiences listed under /servicos are not paid online — when booking, you're redirected to the school's WhatsApp to confirm date, time and payment directly with the team.

Lessons are subject to weather/sea conditions; the school may reschedule for safety reasons.

You don't need an account to buy from the shop (guest checkout is available), but you can create one to track orders and save addresses.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

Listed prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Multibanco, MB Way). The order is only confirmed once payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical product without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, contact us at geral@modonautic.com. The product must be returned in good condition; return costs may be at your expense, unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards and digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the code is delivered/used, as permitted by law.

Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase. Pickup at the school is also available when offered.

Discount coupons have the conditions (minimum order, validity, usage limit) shown at the time they're granted to you.

Gift cards have their own balance and validity, and can be used as partial or full payment for an order.

All site content (text, images, logo) is owned by Modo Experto School or used with proper authorization, and may not be reproduced without permission.

We do our best to keep the site available and the data accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Viana do Castelo court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
